How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Possessioneducational Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- How Possessioneducational Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How your personal information was treated
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work, and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, first contact the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Possessioneducational Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@possessioneducational.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and the outcome you want
What Happens Next
First, we confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If It Is Still Unresolved
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
